  • We allow our professionals to arrive within 2 hours of your scheduled time to accomadate unpredictable traffic, parking and other surprises.

    • Absolutely! We run a strict nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

  • Xtreme Clean cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unstable items, such as improperly secured pictures, floating shelves, or items with unstable bases. Clients are responsible for cleaning delicate items like curio cabinets, figurines, glassware, and items of high monetary or sentimental value. In the event of accidental breakage, Xtreme Clean will cover up to $100 per item or the replacement cost with verified value. Please retain the broken item for inspection.

  • Yes! We have 3 layers of protection in place to ensure your information is not compromised. First, our booking page is protected by extended SSL certification. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered in their own 256 bit security protocol. We never store your credit card information (only a token that allows us to charge the card). We promise your information is safe and secure.

  • We take debit and credit cards. We do not take cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo or any other forms of payment.

  • We determine pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, along with the estimated duration of the cleaning. Simply select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms on our website to receive an instant quotation.

     

    While we consider several factors when providing an initial estimate over the phone, our cleaning technicians may find it necessary to allocate additional time to complete the full scope of service in your home. We will contact you one hour before the scheduled completion of your initial cleaning to discuss any unforeseen circumstances. Should extra time be required due to factors such as extensive dirt or a large number of decorations, you will have the choice to approve the additional time or adhere to the original estimate. Rest assured, we will never charge your card for any extra time without your explicit consent.

  • Yes, we do require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. This deposit is applied towards the total balance of your cleaning service and is not merely a hold on your card. For example, if your cleaning service is quoted at $200, your deposit will amount to $50. This amount will be deducted from the estimated total, leaving you with a balance of approximately $150.

  • Full payment is due on the day of service. Our cleaning technicians do not process payments. A credit or debit card must be on file at the time of booking, and it will be charged immediately after the completion of the cleaning. If payment is declined, the client must update their payment information before the next scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the service cost.

  • No monetary refunds are provided.

  • If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

  • To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit.

  • No we do not clean while other contractors are in the home. Please do not schedule our cleaning on a day that you plan to have cable company, moving company, any type of contractors in the home .

     

    If we show up to a clean and there are other contractors in the home, we will leave and you will have to pay the clean in full.

  • We are dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning services and leaving your home spotless. To help us provide the highest quality service, we kindly ask that you prepare for our visit by removing any items that may obstruct our cleaning, such as loose papers, toys, and other objects. Please ensure all dishes are put away so we can thoroughly clean your kitchen, and store any sensitive materials securely.

  • All cleanings must undergo inspection before our team departs the premises. We do not provide re-cleaning services. If you are absent during the cleaning, you have 24 hours to notify us of any concerns, and we will credit you up to $25 towards your next cleaning.

  • We strive to meet the needs of our clients, but there are certain tasks we are unable to perform:

    • Clean biohazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids) – we can handle this with a specially trained crew at different pricing.

    • Remove excessive trash or debris.

    • Clean up pet waste.

    • Clean inside washers/dryers or dishwashers.

    • Clean cat litter boxes (including excess on the floor).

    • Use our vacuum on pet-soiled carpets.

    • Clean insects, rodents, or rodent droppings.

    • Clean hard-to-reach or high areas that aren't accessible with our extension duster.

    • Clean fully stocked refrigerators/freezers (we are happy to clean if they are emptied).

    • Guarantee the results of blind dusting.

    • Wash, load, or put away dishes.

    • Empty diaper genies or diaper pails.

    • Wipe light bulbs or delicate glass fixtures.

    • Use homemade cleaning products.

    • Move furniture.

    • Change linens.

    • Step higher than a 3-step ladder.

    • Wash or scrub walls and baseboards.

    • Clean closets (except during move-in/move-out cleanings).

    Please note, carpet cleaning and tile & grout cleaning are not included in any of our cleaning packages. If you'd like a quote for these services, we’d be happy to provide one, as they are offered separately.
